Serve inside a box to improve your balance
Originally published on: 16/11/10 15:58
Key points: Find yourself an empty box, preferably one that is big enough to fit your feet in (like a tennis ball box), place it in the location where you position yourself to serve, stand inside it and serve, trying not to fall over in the process.
Benefits: By making sure that you don’t fall out of the box it will naturally improve your ball toss when serving.
Duration: Five successful serves to each service box.
