Milos Raonic tournament schedule 2020
Canadian pro Milos Raonic failed to claim an ATP title for the third consecutive year in 2019 and drops in the world rankings. Maybe 2020 will see an injury free year for this former Wimbledon finalist?
Milos Raonic began his 2019 season at the Brisbanne International where he advanced to the quarter finals before he was defeated by Daniil Medvedev. Raonic was the 2016 champion of Brisbanne, this was also the most recent title that the player won.
The Canadian went on to compete in the Australian Open and once again reached a quarter finals match in 2019. He was defeated by French player Lucas Pouille in a gruelling four-set match 6-7(4), 3-6, 7-6(2), 4-6. Raonic announced that he had split from his coach Goran Ivanisevic and is now working with Fabrice Santoro, a former ATP player.
Raonic started the 2019 season placed at No.17 in the ATP Tour rankings and remained in the Top 20 for the majority of the season. However, he began to drop down the rankings in August and ended the season at No.31. Will he be able to climb his way back up the rankings with the help of his new coach in the 2020 season?
