ATP World Tour boys and their toys…

Once you get an idea of the type of entertainment laid on in the UAE this week, its little wonder the Barclays Dubai Championships is one of the most popular stops on tour for the players.

First it was Andy Murray who got the chance to mess about on the water on a luxury yacht zooming past his seven-star hotel just across the water.

This is the first time Ive ever been on a boat like this before, said Murray. It was great fun and probably the best player activity Ive done whilst Ive been on the Tour.

Next it was the turn of the tournaments top seed Novak Djokovic to try his hand at getting to grips with a flight simulator courtesy of Emirates.

The A380 flight took Djokovic on his chosen route, from Belgrade to Dubai. Reports that he started feeling a bit tired midway through the flight and had to stop are not true…
